A 5-year-old female child presenting with h/o
-
Pain in the right thigh for 3 months
-
Pain present at night
-
Increases on walking
-
No h/o trauma/fever/multiple joint pains
On Examination:
-
Mild tenderness right thigh region
-
No swelling
-
Hip and knee joints free of pain
Laboratory findings:6 January 2015

Alkaline Phosphatase - 181U/L (Normal range 40-125)
-
LDH - 479U/L (Normal range 225-460)
-
Calcium - 9.9mg% (Normal range 8.3-10.4)
-
Phosphorous - 5.5mg% (Normal range2.5-4.6)
