A 32-year-old Asian male presenting with h/o

• Massive swelling over left knee since 3years

• Pain over left knee since 3mths

 

Local Examination:

• Non-tender,smooth swelling of soft consistency over lower 1/3d of left thigh and knee

Laboratory findings

• ​Raised C-reactive protein

​

Provisional Diagnosis

• Chronic synovitis of left knee
