Clinical details

A 4-year-old girl presenting with h/o

• Pain in abdomen on and off since 1 year, aggravated since 3 days

• Pain in umbilical region associated with vomiting

• Past h/o blood in stools, 3-4 episodes in the past year

• No h/o fever

 

Clinical Examination:

• Tenderness in the periumbilical region

• P/A: Soft. No organomegaly

Laboratory findings

• ​HB-9.2gm%

• TLC-8750 cells/microL

• PCV-34.5%

• Stool for occult blood-positive
